What are soft skills? They are intangible skills that include relationship building and effective communication in the workplace.  So how can you develop your soft skills? You can attend a seminar offered by the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League in a partnership with Workforce Tulsa.

The seminars are offered twice a month on Wednesdays this spring through September.  Topics cover Workplace Etiquette, Interviewing Skills, Goal Setting, How to Dress for Work and more.
